The accommodation
Kitchen equipped with;
-dishwasher, oven etc., dolce Gusto coffee machine, American refrigerator, electric coffee maker; open to
-dining room and living room with large 4K TV ( canal + beinsport Rmc etc )
TNT, Netflix, Amazon Prime Disney +

Water features:
- A large bathroom with PRM access with shower and double sink + washing machine
-The suspended toilet and also with PRM access, there is a second shower in the toilet.

Upstairs await you
- 2 bedrooms with king size bed
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bed that can be upgraded from 1 to 2 places.
- the net suspended above the pool, for rest and/or amusement of the children.

-The 8m/4m swimming pool awaits you in its part of the accommodation where you can relax on the deckchairs, the counter-current swimming will allow you to either do your sports activity or enjoy the waves in your moments in the water. (pool games are to be expected)
The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for you.

- Very large terrace in front to enjoy the sun, possibility of cycling/rollerblading and scootering or other outdoor games.
- comfortable terrace on the green side without the slightest vis-à-vis, with table and outdoor lounge
- Outdoor gas barbecue with large capacity for cooking, storage, plate warmer, grill and plancha.
- 4m trampoline in the field, slickline for tightrope walkers.

The plot is fenced 3 by 4 sides, the last side is a fairly dense hedge, a digicode gate.

Possibility to have bed linen and towel for 50€ whatever your stay.

Your 4-legged friends are allowed in exchange for an additional fee, but are not allowed in the pool, remember to notify this in your booking request.

A deposit of €500 will be required, by cheque or cash on arrival and will be returned to you on departure.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

# The water quality parameters are checked on average 2 times a week, and are adapted on the advice of the pool builder.
There is no need to ask to adjust these parameters yourself (pH, chlorine, alkalinities and temperature)

# For this winter; I do my best to keep the pool water as close as possible to 26 degrees, but it will depend on the ability of the heat pump to keep the water at this temperature and the outside temperature. (the PaC being of course outside)
