Stayed for two nights in May this year, Noel, the owner could not of been more gracious and helpful. He dropped me off in Lichtervelde when I went out to a restaurant he recommended and then later joined me for a drink and took me back! What a guy! Breakfast is more than any normal person could eat, served by Noel as well. Ask him why he has his name on the gates to the property if you visit! Dank u Noel!

Very convenient place to stay, when you want to make trips around this part of Belgium. The countryside is very nice.
The room could be cleaner. Outside there was a lot of cats, which didn´t seem to be taken care of. According to the description of the room, we expected kitchen appliences to cook our own food, but there was only a fridge, no cooking possibility was available. In the description, there was "private kitchen" promised with stovetop, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher. Outdoor dining area didnt seem quite pleasing.
