This property has a minimum 30 day rental. There is a strict no pets, no RVs, motorcycles, or trucks policy permitted on the property. Please note that the condo is subject to the completion of a Beachwalk rental agreement, a Beachwalk Gardens Condo Association (BGCA) application and a BGCA approval . BGCA application approval requires 10 days minimum on average, and no rental can be finalized until received.
Due to the Homeowners Association's (BGCA) approval process, please submit an inquiry with your desired dates since a booking request cannot be accepted until after BGCA application and approvals have been completed.
