You can find rental agreement attached that needs to be filled out and submitted to Sandcastle Community Management, 9150 Galleria Court #201, Naples, FL 34108 . The lease application should be sent to Regatta at least 20 days prior to beginning of lease. The Board and Regatta owners are very adamant about wanting to know who enters the Regatta, so it is extremely important for you to fill out the correct paperwork and submit it to us before you arrive. Effective immediately, if the paperwork isn’t submitted for each renter and a check for each renter isn’t received, Security will deny access to them on arrival.
Please confirm that this was completed at your earliest opportunity .

The location is great and Regatta is a well maintained complex. This unit overlooks the pool. It was clean and updated inside.

This was the fifth time I've stayed at the Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach with my family. We stayed at different condos within the development each time and this was our first time in this unit. Upon arrival, the owner/mgt had a mix up and didn't schedule the cleaners. The unit was a mess with extremely dirty floors, dirty linens, towels, etc. I contacted the Realtor and the cleaners arrived around 6:00 and stayed until 9pm. We had to leave during this time which was very inconvenient, especially with a 1yr old child. After the cleaning fiasco, several other deficiencies were discovered. The unit was suppose to have a hair dryer, iron and board. These were not present. Unit also lacked sufficient bath and pool towels if you have more than 2 people staying. The unit sleeps 6. I reached out to the Realtor who brought the items the next day. She was very responsive. The experience felt like the owner may be preparing to sell and not wanting to invest in the little things that set rental units apart. Lack of towel bars in the showers was annoying as well.
