About this apartment rental

This elegant apartment is located just steps away from Puerta Real, the central point of Granada, known as the city’s kilometer zero. It occupies the first floor of an iconic building built in 1885, which has been carefully restored to preserve its historical charm and authenticity.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by an old door, meticulously restored to maintain its original splendor. To the right, you will find a cozy single bedroom equipped with a built-in wardrobe, a 105 cm bed, a bedside table, and an elegant metal dresser, providing an intimate and comfortable space. Moving down the hallway, the second bedroom offers accommodation for two people, with two 90 cm single beds, nightstands, and a built-in wardrobe for added convenience.

At the end of the hallway is the spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. This area features two comfortable sofas, one with three seats and another with two, along with a stylish coffee table and a solid, extendable dining table made of solid wood, seating eight guests, surrounded by natural wooden chairs. The two balconies with capitals, original architectural elements from the era, provide street views and add authenticity and elegance to the space.

Following the hallway that leads to the living room, you will find the third bedroom with a comfortable 150 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a balcony that allows natural light to flow in. Next, there are two full bathrooms, both with showers and hydraulic floors, which add style to these spaces. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, featuring two 90 cm single beds, nightstands, a built-in wardrobe, and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower.

To ensure your comfort throughout the year, the apartment is equipped with ducted heating and air conditioning, providing uniform climate control throughout the property, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

A really wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, and the check-in and welcome was great.We really enjoyed spending time together in the apartment when we weren't exploring the city. Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a week at this lovely apartment on a quiet street but close to everything. We loved being within walking distance of all the sights. The apartment is modern and comfortable, with enough space for our family of 6 adults and one baby.

Apartment is large on the inside, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with shower, 1 small bathroom connected to master bedroom, and a common area with couches, tv, dining area and open kitchen. There was some noise in from the street in the bedroom facing the alley, but all the other rooms were very quiet. Taxi stand, grocery store, buses within 5-7 minute walk, many restaurants and shopping area within 7-10 minutes, 30 minutes walk from Alhambra. Please note: Driving is difficult in Grananda. We parked our rental car by the highway and did not use it in the city.
