Great location, walkable to plenty of restaurants (10 min or less). The in-unit washing machine with detergent provided was a nice bonus compared to other rentals. The apartment came stocked with water, coffee, tea, jam, butter, cookies, and bread—not something many places offer. The unit itself was spacious, with a separate bedroom, a large living/dining area, and a small kitchenette equipped with cookware, tools, and utensils.

We were on the 2nd floor facing the street, which was a bit noisy given the central location—street noise was audible, but the blackout/noise-blocking curtains in the bedroom helped, and we were still able to sleep fine. Woken up once by a late-night garbage truck, but otherwise no issues.

The prompt, clear, professional yet friendly, communication. Easy access. On a very hot day, upon entering apartment 2D the aircon had been put on for my comfort. It was WOW at first sight, and in all the years I have travelled through Europe booking apartments through this site, Granadi apartment is by far the absolute best. It is light, bright and meticulously clean. It is huge, well designed, stylishly furnished and beautifully presented. Juan and Alfredo have absolutely nailed it with their generosity and hospitality. In the fridge was a 1.5 litre of water, 1 litre of milk, ample butter and jam. On the table were a packet of delicious biscuits, rolls, olive oil, serviettes, paper towel, and oodles of teabags and coffee pods. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Large walk in shower. Granadi apartment is in a fantastic location, close to a big bustling market, yet inside is quiet. It is a modern apartment with characterful traditional windows, shutters, and 3 Juliette balconies. A tv and aircon in the lounge, and a tv and aircon in the bedroom. I am an older female travelling solo, and I felt totally safe here. And I knew Juan and Alfredo were available immediately if needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent landlord. Great central location clean and modern and had everything necessary plus some extras. Sharp knives were useful quiet. Our stay couldn’t have been better
