The location is WONDERFUL. You are close to many major attractions including some of the best tapas in Granada! The main cathedral is very near as is a stop for the hop on hop off tram which is fun and a great way to get around the hilly city. It was very affordable compared to some others stays so that is also worth considering. Overall a good spot-and the restaurant downstairs had a fabulous breakfast!

I will say compared to all of our other stays in Spain (Madrid, Seville, and Barcelona) this apartment had the fewest supplies and the attention to detail was not as great. We also did not love that all 3 bathrooms are on one end-with the shared hall bath being on the opposite end away from the two bedrooms without en suites. Everything was acceptable, but we did have more supplies elsewhere ie only shampoo and hand soap in the bathrooms and no salt or oil in the kitchen. This is okay I just think it’s good to know. It’s also showing some wear and tear and needs maintenance/deep cleaning in some places.

Excelente el espacio, la comodidad de las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado, los aparatos electodomésticos, muy tranquilo el lugar, limpio y ordenado, excelentes lugares de comida alrededor y muy seguro. Todos dijimos que de volver a Granada nos gustaría ese mismo espacio. La anfitriona, Carmen, un encanto de persona

El único detalle es que se enfriba pronto el calentador, no alcanza para las duchas continuas de 7 personas. La otra cuestión fue el asiento de uno de los sanitarios que estaba cuarteado o agrietado

La luz del lugar, la amplitud de los espacios, la decoración y la ubicación ! Es PRECIOSO

Clean, comfortable and good location.

The electric breaker pops leading to hot water problems. Nothing worse than getting up early to start your day in beautiful Granada and you can’t take a hot shower because the breaker popped over night and the electric water heater didn’t do its job. If not for this issue, the stay would have been almost perfect.
