Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great property to celebrate my daughter’s uni graduation. Enough space for newly celebrating graduates and visiting family to enjoy activity and leisure simultaneously. The combo of pool and beach in close proximity allowed for ample outdoor fun in variable weather conditions. Mealtimes were special with the grand view from the 3rd floor, and various seating arrangements for our multiple groups. We had a blast and if hosting a large group again at OBX, we would return here.

This was a dream vacation for our family. The house was beautiful and so well designed. We were a party of 16 and there was plenty of room to hang out together or to spend time apart. We easily gathered for meals and there was enough seating for EVERYONE both inside and outside by the beautiful pool.
The view of the dune and beach was glorious. If we are lucky enough to get everyone together again, we will be back!
