About this house rental
A dog under 80 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Southbay allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
Kick back and unwind at the Grumpy Grouper, a beautiful townhome on the south shore of the lake. This pet friendly, two bedroom, and two and one-half bath unit comfortably sleeps seven and the family dog with room to spare. Relax and enjoy the water view from two lakeside decks. Close to one of the complexes three pools or just a two-minute walk, no roads to cross, to the private beach for a day on the Gulf.
Looking for a quiet and restful Destin vacation rental, close to the gulf beaches and Destin dining and entertainment venues, but don’t want to break the bank? Southbay by the Gulf Townhome #62 is just what the doctor ordered. This recently remodeled 2BR sleeps 7 and has a queen in the master, queen and single in guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and full-size washer/dryer, 3 flat-screen TV’s with Netflix, 3 DVD/Blu-ray and wireless internet access. An electric grill is provided for outside grilling on the large upper deck. Complex amenities include a 5-acre stocked fishing lake, two pools (one heated in winter) and a children’s pool, two tennis courts and a 300’ private beach frontage.

Nice vacation with the family. Only complaint would be the small couch had a urine stain on it and they both had lots of dog hair.
