The reason we booked at Sandpiper Cove is because of all the reviews from repeat visitors. You know a place is great if folks want to come back. We were not disappointed and will be back. The beach is perfect, the community is nice, the staff go above and beyond, location is great, owners and guests are friendly. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Sofa could use an update, other than that the place is perfect.

The rental needs a good overall cleaning, baseboards, stains on bedrooms carpet & living room, chair cushion at the table, chair legs at the bar counter. The beds are very comfortable, furniture was clean. We would return to Sandpiper Cove but, would not rent this unit.
