This retreat enjoys a prime location directly across from Pier Park and within walking distance of amazing restaurants, Russell-Fields Pier, and Gulf World Marine Park. Other great attractions nearby include M.B. Miller County Pier, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, Conservation Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, and Todd Herendeen Theatre.
As you enter this air-conditioned condo, you will discover a completely remodeled interior offering a welcoming open floor plan. Spend your days lounging on the 27' Gulf-front balcony taking in the marvelous views of the beach and the ocean while sipping on your favorite beverage. The living area offers a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious beach snacks on the go and full-course meals for the crew, including a Keurig coffee maker and an adjacent wet bar. The spacious primary suite has a commanding view of the Gulf of Mexico, a TV, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, cable TV in all bedrooms, and a washer/dryer.
Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were here for our son’s 16th birthday. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the amenities were awesome and the ocean views were beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable to sleep on.

This is a great area close to amenities and PCB hot spots. The condo is nicely decorated and upgraded. The only downside is that the condo doesn’t provide any beach chairs so unless you go in peak season you will be sitting in sand.

Loved the location, the beach and the complex. Condo is very nice but could use updating. Mattresses are very old and loud, pots and pans and old and scratched. Overall we had a wonderful time and will certainly return.
