Had a fantastic time at this house. They thought of just about everything. Even had a pack n play for our 16 month old grandson.Open concept living and kitchen was just what we wanted for family gatherings. Yet, if you wanted privacy the 3 bedrooms all had sitting areas for reading or just relaxing.Windows in the place afforded beautiful views of surrounding woods and the walk to the lake is just a few blocks on the bike path. It's a combination of cabin and modern kitchen w all DACOR and Samsung appliances, great cookware and even a coffee grinder, super amounts of hot water ( we had 6 adults taking showers apres ski). The heated floors were a huge hit with the barefoot or stocking feet crew in our group. Lost power for a couple hours but house had a great fireplace and 5 or 6 LED lanterns plus each night night became a self-charged flashlight! Was kinda nice actually! WIFI was great. Ron was super- responsive for anything we had questions on. Hints about back ways to Alpine Meadows, shuttles, etc. Beds were comfortable and fireplace made it just right. We hope to return in summer - did I mention the windows? Great choice.

The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Whereas the house was nice, the garden and grounds outside were absolutely beautiful! The house is close to the lake also and is only a ten minute walk to Sunnyside and the beach! Bike train is just down the street. :)
