Welcome to the Hotel Restaurant Forellenzucht! Our cozy and stylishly furnished rooms offer you the perfect retreat to relax and unwind surrounded by nature. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and much more. Enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding nature—especially the ponds—and let the soothing sound of the nearby stream lull you to sleep. Our comfortable beds guarantee a restful night’s sleep, so you can start the new day feeling refreshed. Discover the relaxed atmosphere of our hotel and make yourself at home!
Nestled between the castles along the Moselle and the hills of the Vorderhunsrück, in the wild and romantic Baybach Valley, you’ll find the Boutiquehotel Forellenzucht. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you’ll find the peace and quiet you need to recharge.
Numerous hiking and biking trails in the area offer a variety of recreational activities. A variety of well-known attractions (Moselle castles, such as Eltz Castle and Thurant Castle, the Nürburgring, etc.), the Rhine-Moselle city of Koblenz, and the small Moselle town of Cochem are all easily accessible from here.
We have 6 double rooms and 2 apartments. We’re also happy to be your partner for business trips. We offer high-speed internet (fiber optic), so you can work from home and relax here with ease. We also have conference facilities for up to 60 people. You can book breakfast on-site. You can choose between a basic breakfast or a hearty breakfast featuring trout from our farm. Traveling with your dog? That’s no problem—there’s a fee of €19 per night, payable on-site.
Our restaurant serves the freshest trout in the region—straight from the pond to your plate.
Note: As a guest of our hotel, restaurant, and trout farm, you can also enjoy all the amenities of the Häppy Life - Camping Burgen campground. These include free access to the pool, restrooms, and showers. For an additional fee, you can use canoes, SUPs, mini-golf, electronic foosball, bicycles, and much more.
On-site fees: Ample parking spaces available at the hotel; payment accepted via HausBar or EC cards on site.
