Both vacation apartments are identically furnished. The living area features a sofa with an HD TV and radio, as well as direct access to the balcony. A staircase leads to the loft, which has a large window perfect for lounging and a sofa bed (for one adult or two children). The dining area with a dining table adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and cooking and dining utensils. The double bedroom (double bed: 1.80 x 2.00 m) is perfect for a good night’s sleep. Bedding (duvets, pillows) is included. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious floor-to-ceiling shower, a hair dryer, and towels. Enjoy the view of the Moselle from the balcony, which features sun loungers as well as a table and chairs. The garden has a seating area with a grill. The barrel sauna (please bring your own sauna towels or rent them for a fee) is perfect for relaxation. Feel free to use the herb garden.

The Weitblick vacation home consists of two separate vacation apartments: the two gems, Smaragd and Rubin. The house was built to exemplary standards of ecological construction at the end of 2018 and welcomed its first satisfied guests in April 2019. The Baufritz House combines ecological construction with energy efficiency and offers a high quality of life and living. A vacation with us means healthy relaxation and restful sleep.
Both vacation apartments are identically equipped and feature a living area with a dining table and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a loft (with a sofa bed for one adult or two children), as well as a bathroom. Relax on the balcony or in the garden.
Our vacation rentals are non-smoking. The rooms are designed to be allergy-friendly, so pets are not allowed.

The house is located on the outskirts of town in a quiet residential area. The town center is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The town of Burgen is a wonderful starting point for hikes into the Baybach Valley, along the Moselsteig, or on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. This diverse region offers many possibilities: bike tours along the Moselle or through the hills of the Hunsrück or the Eifel, boat trips, castle tours, or a side trip to Koblenz are just a few examples.



On-site costs: Free Wi-Fi (turned off overnight to ensure a restful sleep). Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. A charging station (Type 2 plug) is available for electric cars. Barrel sauna in the garden (please bring your own sauna towels or rent them for a fee).



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
