New appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with quartz countertop. Utensils, pots and pans and essentials supplied. A coffee machine and a few capsules are provided for your quiet mornings. Café, Moroccan restaurant and fruit and vegetable counter on the first floor.

Table for 10, perfect for family meals. Additional folding chairs available.

• A private parking spot is included; it's a 7-minute walk to the apartment.
• Parking is easy and free on the streets surrounding the accommodation. We are in a high-density residential area, and there are no parking meters to pay on the street.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a traveller's manual giving you all the important information you need to know about the accommodation, in addition to addresses of relevant activities and nearby shops!
✦ This apartment has an internal stairwell shared with another apartment. You will have to climb two flights of stairs, which may be a little steep.
*ANIMALS*
Animals are not accepted. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog.
*TV*
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. There is an HDMI cable at your disposal so you can connect your PC to the television.
*AIR CONDITIONED*
There is a wall-mounted air conditioning system in the apartment which is controlled with a remote control.

You will have access to free wireless internet access, it is powerful and will allow you to work directly from the apartment.

It would be great if they have 2nd full washroom insted of half, otherwise all other thing are up to the mark.

We loved staying at this property! It was huge, so everyone had their own space (I have 3 children, so this is a necessity!). It includes a huge sectional in the living room that easily fit my whole family and a large eating area so we could eat together. There is a grocery store that is a two minute walk from the property and it was relatively easy to find free street parking close by. The host was quick to respond to questions. The only potential negative is that the apartment is up a steep set of stairs, which was fine for my family, but may be challenging if you have mobility issues or small children. All in all, this property contributed to a great vacation. I highly recommend it!

Quick and easy check in process. Used the garage to charge electric vehicle (although coming from VT realize Canada has an incredible EV infrastructure). Everything was smooth and easy.
