The apartment #301 is part of a 4 apartments building above business on The Plateau. Its very well located to explore Montreal and there is a lot of restaurants, shops, coffee shop around. The apartment is clean, well equipped , well decorated and cozy . Bedding and towels are very clean . Shower is good ( pressure and hot water) . We had everything we need as a couple for a 1 week stay. Will recommend this place to friends if fire safety is improved .
The bed is a little firm. Would have slept better on a softer mattress. The street was very very noisy due to snow cleaning but its not the property fault. There is no smoke detector, fire alarm neither fire extinguisher in the building which made us feel unsafe. I strongly suggest the admin of the building to update the safety. Also the hallways and entrance could definitely take a deep cleaning and repainting.
