This house was amazing. The furniture was great, I’m like a lot about her houses where it’s cheap and flimsy. There is a pool two minute walk away and the beach is just a 10 minute walk. The host was very helpful. Can’t wait to stay in this house again.

House was great for a short term rental. Inside the house was really clean but the outside there were so many dead bugs, including on all the furniture. The water pressure was also really low. The community pool and playground was close enough for little kids.

The house was in a great location. The size of the bedrooms was great. Small living room area and lack of living room seating for accommodating 10 people, but workable. The hot tub, picnic table and outdoor shower were wonderful amenities. I do have to say the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the coverlets and blankets provided had to be washed immediately upon arrival. Outside of the mattresses and bedding, the house was easy to live in with 10 people for an entire week. The kitchen was fairly easy to work in and use and had plenty of items to accommodate meals.

Everything in the property was as advertised. Location is fantastic when trying to go do events throughout the northern part of OBX. Food/Gas/Pool/Beach/Gym are all within 5 minutes of the home. Biggest gripe I had was having to leave, place worked out well for family & I.
