Original exposed brick, 11’ ceilings, and 8’ gallery windows spread warm light to every room across the 2276 sq ft space. The building's original 1880s feel has been preserved while providing luxury finishes, bedding, and every modern amenity. The suite also boasts rooftop patio access providing spectacular river and city views.

5 stars in every way. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Free parking as well. Such a historic building that adds to the Louisville fun. Plenty of everything. Towels, bedding, supplies. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. The views are gorgeous. We can't wait to stay here again. The host, Michael was the best you could ever ask for. So attentive. The only thing I wish it had was directions for the wifi, garbage location and workout room. But, just so we didn't have to bother anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Beautiful Condo with easy access to downtown. I booked this place to house 3 of my sales reps while we were in town for a convention.
All 3 had great things to say about the property and how comfy the beds were and how much room they had to spread out during the downtime.
I personally stayed in another condo in the same building but the location is central to all the bars / restaurants you can walk to plus easy pickup and dropoff access for Uber.
The building and rooms are super easy to access.
The property owners were super easy to work with and had great communication when it came time for check-in and check-out.
Would highly recommend staying here.
