The villa itself is equipped with all modern comforts and is in a quiet area. The shaded terrace is located right next to the living room, so constitutes a real living room. The terrace in front of the living room overlooks the swimming pool, which can be heated for a supplement of €150 per stay, to be requested at least 1 week before the date of arrival. The olive grove is behind the house where the children will have plenty of room to play football, etc. The village of Flayosc is located in the heart of the Var department and is a 2 km (20 min walk) from the village centre, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It is 40 minutes from the coast and 50 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon. It rises on a rocky outcrop and was built around the church of Saint-Laurent, made famous by its bell tower. Flayosc is the gateway to the Haut-Var. The village lies on the road to the famous Lac de Sainte-Croix, halfway between the sea and the Gorges du Verdon. The nearest towns are Draguignan, Lorgues, Salernes, Ampus and Tourtour. Ask about the market days - they are very popular with local produce. Numerous Michelin and Gault et Millau restaurants in the village and surrounding area. The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM): from the parking level you can enter the garage and in the corridor there is a stair lift from the basement to the ground floor. There are 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and Italian shower. The automatic gate opens onto the parking lot next to the house.
