Spacious and clean house with all the equipment you need in the kitchen. A nice pool and a beautiful garden with petanque court and a little garden pond with frogs. The tennis court is a cement-type of hard court which we enjoyed a lot during our stay (no flood light though).

My wife and I had a lovely stay last week in the villa, that really had all the luxury we wanted and more. The veranda (very enjoyable with the hot weather), the lovely swimming pool and nice garden and off course the tennis court. Lots of privacy and Cathy and Hervé were very kind and supportive. We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back as they promised. The owner was brilliant, never intrusive but always available.

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Ferienwochen in Flyosc. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und die Einrichtung bietet alles was nötig ist, auch in der Küche. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat aufgrund unseres Wunsches sogar den Pool nebst der Saison für uns geputzt und in Betrieb genommen. Der Garten ist riesig und liebevoll gepflegt. Auch mit Hund ein super Ort um Ferien zu machen. Das Grundstück ist rundherum eingezäunt und bietet viel Freilauf für den Vierbeiner. Auch der Tennisplatz zur privaten Nutzung war ein Hit. Wir wurden durch die Gastgeberin mit vielen Ausflugstips versorgt. Die Region bietet einiges, wenn man bereit ist dafür für ein paar Kilometer ins Auto zu steigen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande propriété où tout est fait pour passer d'excellents moments à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Tout est parfaitement propre. Nous y avons séjourné début mars et la maison était très confortable. Il y a de nombreuses balades à proximité et de nombreux villages authentiques à visiter. Catherine est une propriétaire chaleureuse, à l'écoute et toujours prête à vous conseiller. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Insgesamt war das Haus wirklich sehr schön. Das Gelände ist groß und gut gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und vom Platzangebot mehr als ausreichend für eine 6köpfige Familie. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und nimmt sich viel Zeit, um einem alles zu erklären und Tipps zu geben. Zudem ist sie stets ansprechbar und ist bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge, die die Vermieterin empfohlen hatte, war die Lage des Hauses ideal. Besonders Gefallen haben die Kinder am Pool gefunden, der allerdings im Oktober schweinekalt war. Wenn man sich als Erwachsener Poolurlaub wünscht, sollte man hier besser die Sommermonate auswählen. Der Tennisplatz ist ein toller Bonus, der auch rege genutzt wurde, auch wenn wir keine Tennisspieler sind. Nichts dabei denken sollte man sich, wenn Schrauben aus den Stühlen plumpsen oder eine Türklinke abfällt. Auch bei den Liegestühlen sollte man sich vorsichtig setzen, da (wie leider bei uns geschehen) das Gewebe schnell reißt. Diese Probleme sind aber der Vermieterin bekannt und sie kümmert sich. Leider ist das Sofa für unseren Geschmack recht ungemütlich. Wenn Kinder abends mit einem kuscheln wollen, ist dies dafür nicht der beste Ort. Als ziemlich nervig stellte sich der geringe Wasserdruck in den Badezimmern heraus. Natürlich sollte in einer Gegend, in der es im Sommer sehr trocken ist, Wasser gespart werden, wenn man mit langen Haaren allerdings 20 Minuten zum Duschen braucht, damit man irgendwie das Shampoo aus den Haaren bekommt, oder das Wasser in der Wanne schneller abgekühlt ist als man es einfüllen kann, ist das schon blöd. Trotzdem würde ich jedem die Buchung dieses Hauses ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schön und mit grosser Sorgfalt eingerichteten Haus und grossem Garten sehr genossen. Der grosse überdachte Sitzplatz ermöglicht es einem bei jedem Wetter draussen zu essen. Die Gartenanlage mit der Pétanquebahn und dem eigenen Tennisplatz ist sehr grosszügig und weitläufig. Das Haus eignet sich auch gut für zwei Generationen. Die Hausübergabe war gut von der Eigentümerin vorbereitet und sehr ausführlich informiert. Das ist wirklich ein Ort zum Ankommen und Sein.

La villa est très bien équipée, au calme avec sa jolie piscine, son magnifique terrain de tennis et son superbe jardin très bien entretenu, sans oublier le boulodrome et ses parties de pétanque inoubliables. Nous étions en couple et nous avons passé une semaine très reposante passée principalement au bord de la piscine, à surveiller les rainettes dans leur bassin tout proche, un accueil chaleureux, une propriétaire à l'écoute et toujours prête à vous conseiller, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wir haben uns die Woche rundherum wohl gefühlt! Es hat uns in Catherines Haus an nichts gefehlt, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war wirklich alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das riesige, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück hatte einiges zu bieten, angefangen vom tollen (nachts beleuchteten) Pool, einen eigenen Tennisplatz, eine Boulebahn, 2 große Hängematten... bei diesem umfangreichen Angebot kann man sich nur wohlfühlen!!! Auch die tollen Ausflugtipps von Catherine waren sehr hilfreich. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und Hund) hatten eine echt tolle Woche!

Einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir (mein Mann, ich und unsere zwei Hunde) in einem Ferienhaus verbracht haben. Wir hatten das Haus vom 21.12.2019 bis 04.01.2020 gebucht. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Sie hat uns auch sehr viele Tipps für die Region gegeben. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es war alles sehr sauber. Es ist auch alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der eigene Tennisplatz ist natürlich auch erwähnenswert. Da wir jeden Tag Sonnenschein hatten , konnten wir diesen auch täglich nutzen. Erwähnen möchte ich auch, dass die Vermieterin uns einen kleinen Christbaum aufgestellt hat, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäumt, was für unsere Hunde natürlich toll war und die Hunde waren auch herzlich willkommen. Die Vermieterin ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen und wir werden dieses Haus auch wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohung ist sehr geräumig, und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, v.a. der eigene Tennisplatz sowie der Boccia/Pétanque Platz haben viel Spass gemacht. Der Pool ist schön, wir haben ihn allerdings Mitte Oktober nur kurz genutzt. Die Begrüssung war sehr freundlich, und die vielen Tipps Gold wert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist ruhig gelegen, hat viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist groß, schön angelegt und bietet mit Pool, Boulebahn und Tennisplatz viel Abwechslung, auch wenn das Wasser jetzt im Oktober schon recht kühl war. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir uns herrlich entspannen. Die Umgebung bietet Gelegenheit für viele schöne Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich. Vielen Dank, Catherine, für die gute Betreuung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zeer charmante en super vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw Catherine die ons heel veel goede tips meegaf om de streek te verkennen. 'la Rainette' is het ideale huis om te vertoeven met een prachtig zwembad, tennisplein en niet te vergeten de petanquebaan, waar we allemaal veel van hebben genoten. Het is omringd door een prachtige tuin en ligt in een zeer rustige buurt niet te ver van het centrum van Flayosc. We hebben er een topweek achter de rug en zijn er van overtuigd dat we zeker en vast nog terugkeren.

Propriété très bien entretenue. Jardins très agréable et intimiste. Il y a tout ce qui faut pour passer des vacances au calme, avec toutes les commodités qu’il faut. La propriétaire des lieux très accueillantes et toujours au service des vacanciers. On s’y sent bien et surtout non loin du village de Flayosc, ainsi que les autres très beaux villages dans le haut Var à visiter. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour durant cette période de janvier dans une charmante Rainette au coin d'une très agréable cheminée. La villa est au calme, propre et très bien équipée et les propriétaires sont très accueillants,à l'écoute et de bon conseil en ce qui concerne les sorties culturelles et gastronomiques.

La Rainette est un endroit merveilleux, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La maison est charmante, chaleureuse, joliment dėcorėe et ultra ėquipėe ! On s'y sent comme chez soi, rien ne manque, tout est parfaitement propre et bien rangė. Le jardin est beau, spacieux et nėanmoins intimiste, la piscine toute neuve est magnifique et la grande terrasse parfaitement aménagée avec du mobilier de grande qualité. Cette liste de qualités est loin d'être exhaustive, nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour.
