Welcome to Bayside! 4 beds, 3.5 baths with sofa bed in loft. This community offers so many things to enjoy. Biking & walking trails, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center w/ sauna & juice bar. Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Paddle board & Kayak on the bay. Fish in the stocked ponds. Harris Tetter, ice cream, pizza, liquor store nearby. Freeman Performing Arts stage for concerts. Make this your home away from home with family & friends.
Located in the award-winning resort community of Bayside, this home offers the perfect vacation getaway. Only 3 blocks from the Sun Ridge Pool complex with a large playground, two pools, splashpad, hot tub, beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, this home is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac.
This home is setup great for three families. Downstairs you will find a welcoming large open floorplan with a large open kitchen, dining, and living area. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite. Upstairs you will find a second living area with a queen sofa bed, two bedrooms with king beds, one with an en-suite, and a kids bunk room with three twin size beds and a queen bed and a third full bath. All bedrooms and living areas have Smart TVs.
Enjoy relaxing on the screened in porch or deck out back.
We welcome you to enjoy our entire home except for a few locked closets that contain our personal items and rental supplies.
We are available by phone, text or email during your stay.
There are so many things to do at Bayside. Amenities include tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, Peloton, kayaking, paddle boards, basketball court, volleyball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music at one of the scheduled events throughout the community, or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Pavilion located just within the community entrance. Bayside is just a short 4 mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions.
SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS:
Within Bayside, Signatures offers year-round full service dining, and 38 Degrees at The Point is open seasonally. A Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS pharmacy, PNC Bank, Fox`s Pizza Den restaurant, wine/liquor store, ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, there are many other great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.

* Bayside Amenity Passes are not included in the rental rates. Purchase is optional, but passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee.
Off-Season (Jan. 1 - May 16 & Sept. 23 - Dec. 31): 3 Consecutive Days $40, 7 Consecutive Days $65
Summer Season (May 17 - Sept. 22): 3 Consecutive Days $60, 7 Consecutive Days $95
If you need passes, please let us know how many, so we can make the request. Passes requested/changed less than 7 days before your stay are billed with an additional $5 per pass fee.
Any cancellations that are owed a refund based on cancellation policy will be less the credit card processing fees. We cannot refund more than we receive as payment.

We had an amazing time. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and the kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils. Home was perfect fit for our family. Host was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home (my husband, myself and our four adult children). It is exactly as it appears in the photos. The home is comfortable and very well stocked. The hosts have thought of many extras that make it a truly enjoyable stay. The community is pristine. We enjoyed the kayaking and being able to watch the fireworks at The Point. Having a shopping center that included a grocery store and ice cream shop (+ other stores) right outside of the development was also very convenient. If we come back to this area to vacation, we would not hesitate to stay in this community and rent this house. It was perfect for our group! Kelly & Eric are great hosts!

My family had an absolutely wonderful weekend away in the Bayside community. From the check-in process being super easy, to the house being spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated, our family had the BEST stay!!! The hosts have definitely gone that extra mile with making sure the house is not only organized and easy to locate things, but fully stocked with all the essentials and even extras! This made our lives so much easier and truly made us feel right at home. The community is absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of, plus not far from the beach! Bayside offers plenty of amenities, which made for an action packed, fun weekend. Trust me, you want to book this house, you can’t go wrong!!! We seriously cannot wait to come back to Bayside and we are 100% booking THIS house when we do :) Thanks SO much, Kelly & Eric! We fully enjoyed our stay!
