FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
Lease Agreement

We were in town to attend a wedding and had a large group coming from out of town. Everything about staying at Bayside was so easy. The house was beautiful and the community amenities really made our weekend great. Everyone thought the house made the weekend even better!

Property was clean and as advertised. Cons: pillows were flat; twin bed mattresses were hard.

The property was spacious and clean upon entry. We did have a few issues that should be addressed for future renters. Our issues were as follows:
1) There was what looked like blood on the master bedroom comforter.
2) The main level master bedroom toilet smelled like a porta-potty. The toilet was clean, so it is an issue with the pipes.
3) There was water literally water pouring (consistently) out of one of the upper floor bedroom AC units.
4) The water filter on the refrigerator stated that it needed to be changed.
5) One of the rails going up the steps was broken.
The property is in a lovely neighborhood and was very clean and well-equipped for our group. We would definitely recommend this property with those minor adjustments.
