Marco Island’s world-renowned beaches. Paradise has been found! Luckily, this paradise is located in this 4th floor premium corner condo in the South Seas. It’s 1,150 square feet and sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
To begin your day, the 90-degree balcony facing west features tables and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea with a view. A smaller balcony facing east offers great sunrises. This view consists of ocean view, blue skies during the day, and brilliant orange skies during sunset. After you snap out of your trance, you’ll see a deluxe heated pool in the midst of palm trees. Before you know it, you’ll be heading downstairs to luxuriate in that pool and on Tigertail Beach.
Since this is a beachfront condo, the interior takes its design cues from the beach. Sliding glass doors bring natural sunlight to brighten and enhance the interior, while ocean-inspired pictures, fabrics, and décor remind you that all the comforts of the beach are right below your feet. The large kitchen, with its granite countertops, is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook a family meal or tropical treat to enjoy on the balcony.
As you prepare to drift away, the bedrooms come with televisions and ample closet space as well as sliding door access to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to the serene oceanic sound.
This unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk to the silken white sands and unending activities of the Paradise Coast.
Think of all the deluxe amenities you want in a beachfront setting and chances are you’ll find them in the South Seas complex. A garden path winds past fragrant hibiscus bushes and scenic picnic areas shaded by tiki huts, taking you to the pool lined with sun loungers. If you’re a tennis player, you’ll love the newly re-surfaced tennis courts beside Clam Bay. For something a little slower paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball. You can also work out in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills or enjoy daily activities in the social room. Had a great stay at the South Seas. Great natural light, views and sunsets. Nicely equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the many options for walking: both directions on the beach, by the canal and to several restaurants on Collier. Very responsive host.

We had a lovely week here. The condo had everything we needed. The view was lovely. We really enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming in the pool. It’s a great place to stay on Marco Island.

Enjoyed our stay. Watching the sunsets, walks on the beach, collecting shells, dining out and just the peaceful moments too. Perfect view and clean condo. Thank you for the memories!!

Our stay in this unit couldn't have been better. My husband, son, sister, and I all had a fantastic time at the south seas in this unit. It's a corner unit so we had beautiful sunsets that are just incredible from the balcony. The entire unit is sunfilled, extremely clean, beautifully remodeled, and perfect for our weeklong stay. I was a little worried that the 4th floor wasn't high enough for a good view of the ocean, but the view was great AND we loved that it was right next to the stairs so you didn't have to always use the slow elevators. Never saw anyone else use the stairs the entire time we were there. Beds were comfortable, it was well stocked, and the owner was great at communicating with us. This was our second time at the south seas and we love all that south seas offers....lots and lots of pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pool, and hours of beach walks with incredible shelling. If we come back next year I will definitely look into booking this exact same unit again.
