About this apartment rental
We are excited to share details about our recently updated beachfront condo, located on the 18th floor of South Seas Tower 3. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit features new wood-look plank flooring, updated master bedroom furniture, and a kitchen complete with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and full equipment including appliances, cookware, and dinnerware.
The living room and both bedrooms feature sliding glass doors providing direct access to the balcony and stunning beach views. The balcony is furnished with patio tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, while the guest bedroom features both a queen and a twin bed. To help you travel light, we provide a beach cart, umbrella, chairs, a cooler, and toys. For families with small children, a stroller, pack-n-play, and high chair are also available. All linens and towels are provided.
On-Site Amenities:

Important Details:
- Registration: The South Seas Northwest Manager charges a $100 registration fee, which includes one parking pass. Guests must register at the office (open daily during season, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.) upon arrival.
- Turtle Nesting Season (May 1 – Oct 31): To protect endangered sea turtles, please turn off balcony lights and close drapes by 9:00 p.m.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as all cancellations are subject to our policy without exception.

We were so impressed with the place when we arrived on Friday evening, . The condo layout, decor, cleanliness and location met all our expectations from booking with Vrbo (online). The owners deserve all the high ratings & good reviews - in fact, I choose this place in the South Seas Towers because of the positive review comments :). We enjoyed meals & cocktails on the balcony (the view is amazing), walks & sunsets on the beach and played pickleball. We appreciated the beach cart & towels available in the unit. If the opportunity to return to Marco Island happens again, I would definitely come back to this location. Thank you

Everything was super clean. The description and pictures were spot on. They have everything you need. I’ve been coming to the island my whole life and this place was my favorite I’ve ever stayed in. I will for sure be coming back.

Upon arrival we had to wait for almost 30 mins because the guard would not allow us entry to the condos. Even with all of our paperwork in order he argued with us. The remax office stated that that should not have happened and that they are going to talk to him. Our room had not been cleaned, all of the patio furniture was inside the bedrooms, it was almost 80 degrees inside the unit, and the water and water heater was turned off. The remax office did send someone from the cleaning staff the next day after I called them and she did offer to clean, however I had already done it myself. The walk to the beach is much much longer than what the pictures show. If you have small children I would not recommend this location because it takes 10 mins to walk to the beach from outside the building. The pool closes at sunset. The lady that manages the pool was not very nice. Several times she would bring a water hose around the tables and chair even if they were occupied and spray under and around them with absolutely no regard given to if she sprayed someone or their belongings. She picked up pool noodles that had mistakenly been left at the pool and tore them up and threw them away while laughing saying “if they were wanted they wouldn’t have left them”. The units do not have washer and dryers in them and you have to load a prepaid card to be able to do laundry in the laundry room at the end of the hall outside the elevator. You have to pay an additional $50 once you register with the condo association itself for parking which you have to do after your initial check in with remax.
