After a day spent swimming, surfing, and beachcombing, return home to relax and unwind on your private deck. This fenced space is perfect for afternoon barbecues on the gas grill, alfresco meals in the golden hour light, or opening a bottle of wine as the sun goes down.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great place for a couple or small family. Very close to the tennis center and right on the tram stop so it was very convenient. Also, pickleball courts were just a minute walk and also an easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

The directions to where it was were a little confusing & where to drop off trash was confusing, but everything else was nice. There’s some nice restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Cottage Cafe - their food was amazing.

Bedroom spacious and with more than adequate closet space for a week with 2 adults, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, good wifi for the rain or rest days, plenty of hot water for 2 adults to shower back to back, fenced in back patio great for evenings
For vacationers with more than 2 it would be a little cramped
no late check out which was not heartbreaking but just a little sad, genuinely couldn't say anything truly negative about the unit

We had a lovely stay. This place has everything you need. There are plenty of places to go & plenty of things to see and this unit is the perfect place for rest and relaxation afterwards. Kudos to the owner & Vacasa !
