Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished ground floor condo with fireplace & large deck in quiet family oriented resort, Sea Colony. Master bedroom with Queen bed and attached bath. Second bedroom has BRAND NEW bunk beds (Twin on top, Full on bottom and Twin size pull-out trundle) and the family room has a queen sleeper sofa. World class tennis facility consisting of 34 courts, 12 Har-tru and 6 indoor all within a 1 minute walk from front door. Sea Colony has one of the best tennis clinics/camps programs on the east coast, rated 4th in best value by Tennis Magazine. There are 11 pools, 2 indoor, with one outdoor swimming pool a 30 second walk from the front door. Sea Colony maintains it's own private beach for owners, guests and renters only. Beach access by either a short 5 minute walk or a shuttle tram that runs every 5 minutes in season. Golf located within a 5 minute drive to several challenging courses. Excellent area for kids with bikes, skateboards or roller blades. Full indoor gym, fitness center, weight room, saunas, hot tubs with indoor pool within 5 min walk. The fitness center offers a variety of fitness classes for all ages. Outstanding tax-free outlet shopping just a short drive away.

Great condo, convenient location to pool and beach tram within Sea Colony! Also love how it backs up to woods so you get both beach and back to nature vibe. Very clean and well kept, great communication with owners. Will be back.

Well-furnished unit in super-convenient location. The WiFi was excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms looked newly upgraded. We didn’t get a chance to use the 3 bikes but we enjoyed the deck.
