Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

There is a new couch in the rental that was very roomy and comfortable. Location is quiet yet easy to get to everything. Really nice, comfortable rental and we did enjoy our time.

The unit was in a great location. Could use a new coffee maker and couch. Good as any other Vacasa rental we have stayed at.
