This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a private balcony with ocean views, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two TVs (65-inch Samsung in living room, 50-inch in loft bedroom) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and one twin-sized bed, plus one twin-over-twin-over-double bunk bed. Common area features a full-sized swimming pool, outdoor shower, and professionally landscaped grounds. This ocean view complex is located across the street from the beach. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
