The Drifter 2 bed/ 2 bath gorgeous condo just steps away from the beach

Host communicates effectively and quickly. Location is excellent and very close to the beach. It also felt like there may have been a dog or cat in the unit at some point as my husband is very allergic. He sneezed the whole time and had a hard time with his allergies. We come down to this area all the time as my family are locals. Parking was very good and I loved that the unit allowed two vehicles instead of one. I would rent it again. It's very good but it could be excellent with a bit of TLC.

The property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has what you need and the beds are comfortable. I’ve stayed at the property multiple times and it hasn’t disappointed. The hosts are phenomenal to work with.

The condo was as advertised. Perfect location, amenities and set up. It was modern and comfortable. My adult sons and girlfriends stayed there while our extended family stayed in other condos very close by. The only problem we had was that for 3 mornings as early as 7am, there was LOUD construction noise that awakened them. Like the condo above was having floors torn out with buzzing and jack hammer type sounds. I wish this was just an isolated thing...but 3 days! We called our VRBO manager and she tried to reach out to the owners where the noises were coming from. We don't know if they stopped because she asked or stopped because they were finished with the job. All I know is they could have waited for off season, and if they couldn't, they could have at least waited to 9 or 10am. The last thing you want is a rude, very rude- awakening at 7am for 3 out of the 5 mornings, there was no sleeping in...on vacation. We asked for a late check out at noon instead of 11 on Saturday, but Connie couldn't oblige. We dealt with this at Water's Edge too so it's all over. I just have to think that these condo owners don't really care about the rest of us who just want a peaceful vacation and many of us waited a year for it. So 3 out of 5, to match the number of days we were inconvenienced and disrespected.
