Three bedroom, two and one half bath beach house just a very short walk to beach. Private ocean front parking at the Conch Cafe. This beach house has everything you need for a great vacation. Fully stocked and upgraded kitchen, two decks with grill and outdoor furnishings. Great screened in porch with table for games and fun. Full size washer and dryer. One King, One Queen and Full/twin bunk with trundle for the kids. Flat screen televisions in bedrooms and living area. Cable/Wifi included. We had a really good time. The house is in a great locations, with a short beautiful walk to the beach & a beach view restaurant. There was plenty of space for all of us & the porch was perfect for night sitting. The only complaint we have is the laundry room, queen bedroom & bathroom smelled like sewer the entire time, sometimes becoming over bearing.

The plumber came first day to check for back flow and there was none, but the sewage smell was continuous between hall bath and laundry. Also it was advertised as sleeps 10 and we had 9 adults. I question that it should advertise sleeps 10 since we even used air mattress for one person. Rooms were cramped
