Awesome 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home in Oceanside Village, located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. A private gated community with 24-hour security and outdoor security cameras for your protection.. The Village has four fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball court, volleyball court and many walking and biking areas. Oceanside Village has three pools; 2 outdoor with a children's water park which our house is only a two-minute walk away or 30 seconds by golf cart(included).Also there is a indoor heated pool just a 2 minute ride from the house. Both have kiddie pools and hot tubs. Both pool areas have plenty of room for sitting and lounging or sunbathing.
The Village also has its own private Beach parking area with restrooms and outdoor showers. Just a 3 minute ride from our house.
Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with chest, dresser and smart TV. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, chest, and dresser and cable TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one with full size bottom and pull-out twin trundle underneath plus a chest, and drawers under one bunk. This room is perfect for 4-6 children.
All rooms have their own closets with hangers and room for storing other belongings.
The spacious living area has a large sofa, 3 very comfortable chairs, and large flat screen smart TV, DVD / VHS player. Yes I said VHS so bring those old movies you haven't watched in years. Also, free Wi-Fi is included
There is a large kitchen with an island, built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and crock pot. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you should need. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc.
Large dining area has dining table with 6 chairs + 4 stools at the island / bar.
For your convenience there is NEW refridgerator, NEW dish washer, a NEW full size washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.
There is a front porch with two rocking chairs and a rear sundeck with a large propane grill. You will also find an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after the beach or pool.
We hope that you will come and enjoy our beach home as much as we do. We just ask that you would leave everything in the same condition as it was when you arrived. We rent our home to families only please and parents must be 25 years or older.
Smoking is not permitted inside and also no pets please..

We booked a last minute vacation for just the two of us and were very impressed with the quick response from property owner and his willingness to go above and beyond to make this vacation possible. He made himself available to us at all times during our stay even when I'm sure it was very inconvenient for him. We love Oceanside Village and usually rent a large house in Bermuda Bay each summer for my very large family. I will definitely book from him again when just the two of us.

We booked very last minute, like day of last minute. Perry made the process quick and easy to get us in. The house was nice and fit our family of 8 perfect. It had everything we needed and the golf cart was a nice bonus to have to get around the village. Next time we make it to the beach we will definitely stay there again!

I was surprised after my dates were approved, and my money taken i had to sign an 11 page rental agreement, holding the landlord harmless for any accidents or damage and the renter totally responsible. I then received an email asking for a copy of everyone’s drivers license, make, model and license plate number of their cars. I was then sent another email with six attachments of additional responsibilities expected of me,I was also told I had to buy a gate card for 30 and when I returned it I would receive 10 back.Imagine my surprise when I arrived and found myself in a trailer park in front of a 50-year-old trailer. ALL OF THIS FOR THAT! The inside of the trailer is clean and nicely furnished. We noticed a few things that were concerning, 1- the exterior wall in the dining area appears to be held together by the existing paint. It appears rotten, 2-mold is beginning to grow on the ceiling,above it, 3-the shower floor in the main bathroom is very soft, I would step carefully, the wiring is original, and there are many power strips and extension cords to plug things in. Be careful of the floor vents most are rusty and not screwed down. With all these issues, we did not feel comfortable, especially since we would’ve been held responsible for anything and everything if something had happened during our stay. Apparently, with all five star reviews the owner has gotten we seemed the only ones to notice and be concerned about these issues, but you should be aware of them.
