Heavy traffic. Building work - especially in apartment through road contributed to me missing bus into Ukraine.

The main advantage of the studio is its excellent central location, close to attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, and the airport bus stop just across the park. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage before the room was ready. Self check-in and check-out via locker were convenient. The studio is bright, the building has an elevator, and it offers a nice boulevard view from the upper floor.

The lack of clear pre-arrival instructions caused some inconvenience, as the building entrance is at the back and difficult to find on Google Maps. Communication was poor: the host contacted us one day before check-out accusing us of not wanting to pay, despite never having provided any information about when or how payment should be made, especially considering the self check-in process. Additionally, we experienced issues with hot water; the water was cold and no prior information was given about a possible problem or the need to manually start the boiler. Bed linen and towels had an unusual smell, the kitchen was minimally equipped, there were no towel racks in the bathroom, and the studio lacks curtains or blackout drapes.

Was clean and the bed was decently comfortable

Shower head was broken and hard to control, toilet seat broken. No decent chair or sofa just very small weak chairs.
