The location is amazing, the breakfast was great, the room was small but comfortable however there were no tables or chairs where to place my clothes so I had to put it on the floor next to the bed. The room wasn’t serviced or even collected the rubbish in 3 days. Other than that I had a good stay.

I am very much pleased with Turan.
My previous schedule was affected by the Middle East conflict, yet they still accommodate my booking and was very helpful in doing so.
Their location, superb!

Breakfast is amazing!!! 😋
Room is clean
Staff are amazing and good looking too
Plus their plus for me is the terrace which you can watch the balloons, sunrise and sunset
Overall, id definitely recommend and book again on this hotel.

Walking distance to everything in the city, especially the bus station. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and smells great. Totally recommend this place

The cave rooms has a strange odour, it was really disturbing. The toilet has a chimney which was very weird, people can see you in the toilet through the chimney. The cave rooms were far from reception so it was difficult to contact with the staffs. The fridge and kettle was also not functioning. I don’t recommend this hotel.
