    Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious. Unlimited bottles of water and coffee pods. Outdoor space had lots of lounging areas to relax and enjoy the hot air balloons go by. Breakfast was satisfying. Loved the hot, tasty, thick in consistency drinks. The omelette was good. Grateful they had a wheelchair we got to use. Highly recommend.

    I was expecting a five star hotel, this cannot go for 2 star hotel, they charged us with additional bed, but actually it was not a bed, it was 2 mattresses over each other , all the rooms are outdated with no landline telephone and no proper lights, the breakfast is average, only boiled egged available , if u ask for another tile of eggs they will charge u ? The breakfast in the in 3 star hotel in same area is better than that one! They were flexible is checking out but they need more training and they have to take care of there hotel properly!
