When I arrived the security guard was my first staff member to greet me. He went out of his way to collect my bags and direct me to the next staff member. I'm very impressed. I arrived a bit early and it was my fault, 2 hours early. I met the owner and his staff quickly cleaned the apartment. I told the owner I'm okay to wait until the room is finished. I would EXTREMELY recommend other friends that would like this type of accommodations and location. A+++
