Location was not bad, nice resto restaurant across the street and nice people in the lobby. The property manager/owner offered to move me due to the issues I noted.
The air-conditioning in both bedrooms had power but did not keep rooms cool. Had to pipe cooler air from living room, but that was not fully sufficient and added to noise. Street noise from tricycles and dogs barking was alot with door and windows pointed toward the road.
