clean just the right space

First and foremost, my wife loved the design of the villa. It was clean, simple, minimalist in styling, but packed with the essentials that you would need for the stay. She also wished that when I decide to build a house for her, this villa's design can be used as a template. The place has space for parking a vehicle, and several more can be parked outside. The villa is situated inside a guarded subdivision, therefore your safety is assured. Your favorite food delivery services are easily accessible and the place is accurately marked on google and grab maps. Outside the subdivision, along the main road, are convenience stores, fast foods and restaurants. There are four air condition units inside the villa, the summer heat will have no chance when you are inside. It was not that much warm during our stay, and therefore we had only used two of the four air condition units (set only at 25C). You are also provided with a stand fan that you can move around wherever needed. There are three rooms, two of which have bunk beds, and the main room has a standard bed. The linen design during our stay was black and white in color and has a pattern design. I loved its simple design and its comfortable feel. Even the pillows will beat the pillows on those provided by hotels. There is only one combined toilet and bath inside the villa, but there is another one outside near the gate. The shower inside the villa has a heater, while the one outisde does not have one. There was a refrigerator, a gas stove, a water boiler, a microwave oven and a rice cooker, all readily available for use during your stay. There are dishes, cutlery, a wok, a sauce pan, and a chopping board in case you have an urge to cook your meals, rather than order take out. The villa is almost feeling the home away from home with the way it was set up.

The place is near Clark International Airport, therefore there will be times that you would hear planes flying overhead. They are not obnoxiously loud, compared to the noise made by typical "tuned up" motorcycles, but will disrupt a few seconds of your quiet stay at the villa. There was a lack of space to hang wet clothes and towels. A rack and several hangers were provided, but its size was insufficient for hanging large towels. There is space though that is ample to add retractable bars for hanging wet towels with, and would be a great addition for those who will be staying at the villa.
