The property was spacious. A supermarket across the road was great. The bus stop was around the corner and some lovely local restaurants in walking distance.
There are stairs so be aware if you are travelling with large suitcases.

Un appartement de charme avec un excellent emplacement proche du centre ville de Bordeaux.
L'appartement est cependant bruyant: les fenêtres donnent sur un rond-point où passent voitures et bus, le parquet craque beaucoup. L'accès à L'appartement peut être compliqué si on est chargé (valises, poussette...) car il se fait par des petits escaliers en pierre. Pas de climatisation, la qualité du ménage et des finitions (appartement rénové) sont à améliorer.
