About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you a splendid contemporary house to rent, in a quiet location in the centre of Bordeaux. With a surface area of 75 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It has two large bedrooms. It has a large, private garden and a private parking space. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Bordeaux, whether on business or on holiday/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this unique place! Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. And your bed will be made on arrival.

- Dining area with table and chairs
- Fully-equipped kitchen including Electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher...
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200) and single bed (90x200), bathroom with shower
- WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2 (air-conditioned) with queen-size bed, bathroom with bath, WC and access to terrace
Outside :
- Garden, terrace with outdoor furniture
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
When you stay at La dépendance, you're in the centre of Bordeaux, a 5-minute walk from tramway line A (Hôtel de Police stop), and 4 stops from Place Pey Berland with its famous cathedral. On foot, you are 1 km from Rue Sainte Catherine, the longest pedestrian street in Europe, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux's historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 12 minutes by car (2.9 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 25 minutes by car (12 km)
- Tramway line A (Hôtel de Police stop) is a 5-minute walk away.
- Vcub station (bike hire) 3 minutes away.

Property is as advertised. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Nice verandas and outdoor space. Spiral staircase might be difficult for older or very young folks. Furniture in living room was minimal and could be upgraded but it was very clean. We walked all over and always felt safe. Communication with VRBO/managers was excellent with their literature in the rental and availability if needed. Great choice for 3-4 adults.

Very lovely place. The location is wonderful if you relatively close walking distance to central Bordeaux. We really appreciated the protected parking area in pride the courtyard. It was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful with plenty of noise protection from the roads and city traffic. The only thing we found lacking was the air conditioning. There was only one unit we could find which was installed in the upstairs bedroom. It was pretty small and still left that bedroom pretty warm. The whole place could get really warm during the day unless we opened up all the sliding doors, which did help cool the place down. The upstairs bathtub was also challenging to get continuous warm water to come through. Water went hot and cold quite a bit but the shower downstairs worked great. Otherwise the place really is nice with a modern feel to it. A great space to hang out with a small family.

Excellent two bedroom property with two bathrooms perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C only on the second floor worked well. It was great to have a washing machine and outdoor space to enjoy an evening glass of wine. The excellent quiet location has a grocery store within 5 minutes with only a 10 minute walk to the very efficient and easy to use tram system. The second bathroom only has a hand held shower which was not so convenient and the kitchen table is very wobbly. The door locking system can be disastrous if you mistakenly close the door and leave the key inside the lock. The reception process was excellent and communication with Cocoonr both prior to and after arrival was exceptional. We would definitely return.

Great apartment for two couples. Nice outside space to use in nice weather. Grocery nearby which is convenient We Ubered to our tours and it was very convenient. Check in and very smooth
