The way of behaviour is good from the hotel staff and understandable
Actually I Booked 2 suits for my self also for my friend's,but unfortunately one big suits it's not available and it's under maintenance they provided another 2 room for adjusting 2 persons room and 3 persons for valu is very high I paid for master rooms but I got small rooms unfortunately am not happy with this ,my concern is if we are Booking the room and property should be informed the customer if anything worng with the booked rooms on the check in time only they revealed the issue that's it,so going forward please inform the customer as earlier

The room was spacious enough and clean
Tissues,Kettle,microwave as well as shampoo,soap,one body lotion included
Towels will be provided on request also.
The washroom felt little slippery and nobody came to change the wastebin and tissues
Except that everything is okay
