The location was nice in a quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to park on the street, no fee. There was a big balcony, it was clean, new and the interior was fresh. There is also a common area with a variety of cooking utensils. The host was friendly and helpful.
The stairs were a bit slippery. We advise anti slip tape on the stairs' edges to prevent accidents. :)

+ Отлично обслужване от Юлия. Осигури ни допълнително легло за стаята в последния момент, както и възможност за ранно чекиране и късно напускане. Бърза комуникация през съобщения. + Отлично чиста стая с ново обзавеждане, удобни легла и безупречна баня + Хладилник + Балкон с приятна изкуствена трева, масичка и столове + Климатик + Достъп до обща лятна кухня на покрива с прибори, микровълнова и всичко необходимо + Предостатъчно места за паркиране пред хотела + Комарници на всички прозорци
- Локацията е далеч от централната част на Приморско - трябваше да се придвижваме с автомобил, иначе беше 15-ина минути ходене.
