L'échange était très bien avec le propriétaire. Tout est bien expliqué.
L'espace de l'appartement est très bien pour 5 personnes.
Pas mal d'équipements.
Pas de bruit des voisins.
Très bien situé (c'est pour cela principalement que nous l'avons pris).
C'est extrêmement bruyant (pas d'insonorisation donc on entend beaucoup l'extérieur).
Le sèche-linge ne sèche pas bien.
Logement un peu humide en période de saison de grosse chaleur et pluie (ce qui est quand même normal au Japon je pense).
Le lit est extrêmement inconfortable il faut l'admettre (même avis de nos amis) - il y a une sorte de creux au milieu du matelas donc on tombe au milieu.

Early bag drop from 12am. 3 separate rooms which would easily fit 2 people each, plus a large living room/dining room space.
Washer/dryer (although the dryer doesn't work particularly well).
