Location was great as it was close to Shin-Imamiya station. Accommodation was spatial.
Took me some time to figure out how to get inside. But it was my mistake in the end because I didn't watch all the images.

とにかく清潔である。物も最低限のものは揃っており特に不満はない。寝室も3つあり複数人で泊まるにも適している。
立地がなんとも言えない。難波駅から近いと言えばそうなのだが使いにくい四ツ橋線というのがネック。また周囲の治安も微妙である。

駅にも程よく近くて良かった
朝食も近くにレトロな喫茶があったりマクドナルドもあるので便利でした
前日までのやり取りがうまく出来なかった
携帯で何度も返信してるのにPCではないとダメと言われたり意味が分からなかった
結局自分では出来ず息子に頼ってしまった💦
あと部屋にテレビが欲しい

特に過不足なく宿泊できました。西成とのことで少し構えていましたが治安が悪いとか感じませんでした。大人数に対応しリーズナブルなのと周辺の駐車場代が安い。コンビニ、駅も近く立地条件が良い。朝は向かいのコーヒーショップで美味しいコーヒーが飲めました！
特にないですが、アパートの一室なので子沢山の我が家が利用するには少し気を使いました。特に苦情等は来なかったのでそこまで神経質になる必要はないと思いますが。
