Check-in and check-out instructions: the staff gave very clear instructions on how to get in. Just some codes to take note or memorize and no need for keys made our stay less complicated. There is also a house manual provided once you're in. Surroundings: the hotel was really close to 3 different stations (2 local/Nankai, 1 Osaka Metro, 1 JR), which is a huge necessity, especially on trips like these where we walked all day! Going to stations was a breeze; just a 2-minute walk. On our last day, hiring an Uber was cheap enough for us to hop on trains that go to KIX. Area: Enough for two people, so this is a great stay for couples. The entrance is just overlooking the Haginochaya station! But even though it was that close to the station, the neighborhood is quiet and we got plenty of rest at night. Beds: super comfy, great for resting after a tiring day! Toilet & shower: they were found in separate rooms, which is different from what we're accustomed to, but were all very clean during our stay. Our favorite was the bath tub, which was small but I think it is a standard size in Japan. Soaking in a hot tub after an exhausting day helped us recover faster for our next adventure! The toilet has a drying function which dried our clothes after washing. 10/10! Others: they provided us with enough towels, hangers, tissues, and kitchen utensils, and other amenities for free. Service: the staff are responsive and accommodating! They acted on our request (towels replacement) quickly. Whenever we had questions, they made sure that we got everything clear. They're appreciative with kind words and take feedback seriously. TL;DR: overall, this was a really pleasant stay. Great value for money! We'd be recommending this to friends and families going to Osaka. We'd love to stay again!

We weren't able to use the TV during our rest day 😅 it was hard to change the account because of the language barrier but that forced us to get up and just do shopping, so not really a bad thing ✌️

Good location, air conditioning works well. I'll forgive the shortcomings because it was cheap.

Wifi can be slow at times, unusably slow at some points. The hot water temperature kept going from hot to cold. A streaming service was listed in the facilities but the TV in the room was a "dumb" TV that doesn't support streaming.
