Glimrende lille lejlighed. Gode senge. God indretning. Stille og roligt.
Beliggenheden var sådan set rigtig god, men det var altså ikke i Svaneke, men 3 km derfra. Hvorfor ikke skrive i omtalen, at det ligger i Aarsdale? Badeværelset sejler efter brusebad pga forkert hældning på gulvet. Desuden sad håndklædetørreren løst og faldt ned når den skulle bruges. Man kunne med held have fejet terrassen ud mod det grønne, der lå jord og vissent løv fra vinteren.
