Lovely holiday home just 75 metres from the beautiful and child-friendly Balka beach.
This lovely holiday home offers space for a wonderful holiday. In the mornings and evenings you can relax in the nicely furnished living room, watch films, listen to the radio or music, play cards or have a nice chat. The spacious kitchen is connected to the living room, so you can cook without having to miss the company of your family or friends. The bathroom has underfloor heating.
During the day you are likely to spend time outside, either on the terraces of the house or in the garden, or on the nearby beautiful beach where you can easily and spontaneously make beach trips. The terraces are equipped with comfortable garden furniture - including sun loungers for sunbathing - and a barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. One is partially covered and the other has evening sun - the perfect place to end the day with a good glass of wine. The house has a beautiful, fenced garden, which is ideal for children to play and run around in.
There is a nice ice cream parlour at the small harbour. You are not far from charming Nexø or Snogebæk - both with good restaurants, nice little shops etc.
A well-functioning and charming holiday home that, with its very beautiful location, offers plenty of opportunities for a wonderful outdoor holiday.
