The beds were extremely hard

The cottage is lovely and overall very comfortable in a great location. Well presented with a beautiful garden. It was very homely and welcoming.

Could not open doors to deck. It took 3 days of trying. The key unlocked the sliding doors but they would not open. I called Blue Mountain Escapes and was advised to “juggle the doors whilst unlocking them as they get stuck”. As this is the evacuation access to back yard this situation would fail a WHS audit. For safety reasons, this needs to be rectified as a matter of urgency. On a less urgent note, the creaking bed in main bedroom could also be repaired.

It was gorgeous, comfortable, warm and inviting.

House itself was lovely. Great features and amenities. Beds were good and house is just comfortable.

Unsure if maybe rubbish/food was left by previous guests inside the house but when I arrived the house had about 100 flies inside like food waste was left inside and flies were getting to it. Had to open up the whole house upon arrival and try to get the lingering flies out. They were in all bedrooms. Kitchen. Bathroom etc.
