This home is beautiful. A perfect mountain retreat yet only a lovely 10min walk into Blackheath . Super quiet and spacious with a beautiful outlook . The kitchen has plenty of everything except a coffee machine but Blackheath has great cafes so not a problem . The heating and fires work really well . The night viewing light off the lounge room is very special .

Spacious house in peaceful bushy environment. Well equiped kitchen (cooktop electric but not induction, absence of dish-brush). Heat lamps in the bathroom ceiling Comfortably furnished, beautiful dining table and special coffee table in lounge. Nice touches, like fresh flowers on arrival. Well cleaned

Difficult to heat the house to comfortable temperature, especially the dining room, (we could not get it above 19 degrees even with 2 heaters moved in there). Old fashioned bathroom : very low sink, no mixer tap (choice of ice cold or scalding hot), toilet not flushing very well. No maximum temperature control on hot water, serious risk of scalding. Absence of kindling to get the fire started Absence of hair dryer.

Beautiful location.. I loved sitting looking out from the bay window into Australian bush each morning with my coffee and watching the cockatoos and eclectic parrots. 😄
