We always enjoy staying at Carcoola it's a great house in a convenient location.
We always enjoy staying at Carcoola however this time a few things were not consistent with our previous visits. I will make contact on this issue with the owner.

A lovely piece of Blackheath history; with contemporary creature comforts for a very relaxing stay.

Spacious. Lots of amenities and generous host with provision of coffee pods / laundry detergent etc. Michelle (property manager) was exceedingly helpful both prior to and after we left. We left behind some clothing and she helpfully sent them in the post which was appreciated
The place could have been cleaner - it felt a bit dusty. The property felt much darker than the photos

Nice house in a good location
The house is full of moths. No cleaning tools except one vacuum machine without long handles. The vent on the wall is not insect proof.
