Property very spacious & very clean ..Gas fireplace & ducted aircon kept us very warm ..Kitchen facilities very good…close to Blackheath town & good walk to Evans Lookout .Property owner very accommodating with early check in & small aircon issue
4th bedroom extremely tiny…room is only for 1 adult or 2 small children as trundle bed …if 2 adults need to use trundle bed in back room …House lacks street appeal looking very tired

Quality of the refurbishment to the fitout of the house
Needed a compendium including instructions for various inclusions, namely the AC. The gas fireplace wasn't working and we had to rely on the AC for heating, thus no ambiance from a fire which is a major attraction of visiting the Blue Mountains in winter

Very clean, with helpful staff to clarify some issues.
The lounge room could do with more seating than it has to accommodate a group of 9 people. Had a problem starting the gas heater. Pilot light needs looking at however air conditioner won the day.

The Property was so peaceful.
The property was alright overall, but we faced one major issue during our stay. There was significant leakage under the kitchen sink, which made cooking very difficult as water would pool all over the floor. This was quite disappointing for me and my friends. However, aside from this issue, everything else was perfect.
